The map below shows approximate delivery transit times from our facility using UPS Ground. Identify your delivery location according to the zones on the map for transit times to your location. We strive to ship all packages within 1 to 2 business days ( excluding weekends and and major holidays).

We ship Monday through Friday. Our cut off time for same day shipment is 2:00pm. If you place your order past this time your package will ship the next business day. All orders placed from Friday at 2:00 pm and through the weekend will be shipped the following Monday, with exception to national and major holidays when the shipping carriers are not operating.

We professionally pack our shipments in our facility. No drop shipping!

RETURNS & WARRANTY: All our Airsoft Guns are backed by a manufacturer's 30 Day Limited Warranty against defects. If you receive a defective gun, notify us within 48 hours and we will have UPS pick the gun up and send you a replacement at no charge once the original arrives back at our facility. Guns must be in the original package, and all original contents must be present. The gun must be unaltered and orange tip must be still be attached to the gun. No modifications or upgrades.
